Follow these steps and you'll get your order in no time.


1. Go to our online store and browse through our products organized by categories on the left side menu.
 
2. Open the product page to see product details and pictures. 
 
3. To order click on the ADD TO BAG  button.
 
4. The item is added to your bag, but you can continue shopping or go to checkout.
 
5. You can always review and edit your bag.
 
6. During checkout if you are a registered client please LOG IN. If you are not, please register a new account or checkout as GUEST using the Quick Checkout option.
 
7. Please choose your prefered shipment method. 
 
8. Choose your Payment Method.
9. If you have a Promotion Code you may use it now.
 
10. Confirm your order.

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

Delivery

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It can be sent to any address selected by you. We do not send to PO Boxes. Order deliveries are processed during labor time and require a signature,so please be sure you have someone to receive your order if not yourself.
 
CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY OWN ADDRESS?

Yes. During CHECKOUT you may define a different delivery address.
 
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times depend on the destination. For most countries delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days. Customs verifications may interfere with this timming.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item you need to contact our Customer Service informing why you want to return your item.
We will request a pick-up service based on your availability. The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details.
If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with the carrier to make the necessary changes.
 
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
 
Returns can be made within 14 days counting from the day you receive you package.
 
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
 
You must pay the shipping costs of this service. Return charges will be equal to delivery charges. Both are deducted from your initial payment.
 
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
 
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact), you will receive your refund via the same payment mrthod used to make your purchase.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
 
Once the return has been approved, the refund is processed immediately. Kindly understand that depending on your financial instituion you may not see the refund immediately in your account.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
 
Yes, please contact our Customer Service. You will have to return the product and pay the transport costs (delivery + return charges). You can then buy a new product online and we will credit your initial payment minus transport costs against your new buy.

Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of product delivery.

No, you can only do that in our own shops in Portugal.
